Why BSEC?
Our model starts with the student’s needs and builds a plan for engagement around their interests and goals for themselves. Our teaching staff understands how to start where the students are and know when extra supports are needed to remove barriers to learning. Our cross-functional student services staff help students navigate around barriers and inform teachers how to best serve each student’s unique learning needs.
Our Mission
We believe that both well-being and learning are necessary components of a healthy student. We are committed to offering an inclusive and accessible educational space promoting education, healing and self-growth for all students.
